Juan Calahorrano has over 20 years of professional experience in Business/Operations Management achieving profit contribution through strong management/leadership, strategic planning initiatives, and process improvements to increase productivity while reducing and eliminating costs. Calahorrano holds a degree in Business Operations from DeVry University in Chicago, and received his Masters of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.  In 2015, Calahorrano joined HACIA  for a second time as a Director of Operations.  Calahorrano works along with HACIA’s committees, initiatives and strategies to promote its mission. 

As an entrepreneur, Calahorrano became the President and CEO of JLC & Associates, a company he found in 2009. JLC & Associates is a small business consulting firm that provides services in the areas of business formation, strategic and business planning, business development and private and public procurement practices. He was appointed to HACIA’s Board of Directors in which he served until 2012.  As HACIA Board Member, He served as the Chair of the Membership Committee and a Co-Chair of the Banquet Committee

With over 15 year of teaching experience. Calahorrano was an Instructor at St Augustine College and DeVry University at Chicago, and taught over 300 business owners. He was also a participant of the Metropolitan Leadership Institute’s leadership training.
