I have been working in the entertainment business all my life and since since 2000 working as on air personality for Univision Network in many TV and radio productions. Currently I am the co-anchor for Despierta America and co-hosting EMMY nominated El Gordo y la Flaca, for which I was nominated to the Best Host award for Premios TVyNovelas and the EMMY for best Hispanic Talent 2014, 2015, winning the award and 2016. I am also proud to be spokesperson for "Es El Momento" education campaign and enjoy acting as MC for major events empowering the Latino Community nationwide. It all started when I went to show my work as a photographer while finishing my degree in Architecture in Mexico City. The agent was impressed by my presentation, offered to represent me and dozens of commercials later, I won an audition to host The Dating Game in Spanish in Hollywood, California and left Mexico to study acting in Los Angeles. That took me to Miami to host a comedy show based on hidden cameras and then to entertainment news, producing and presenting stories for all kinds of shows on TV and radio. I am certified in post production at NYU, in creativity strategies and techniques at Harvard University, creative writing from Stanford and journalism from UC Berkeley. I have a deep understanding of both in the English and Hispanic markets, managing creative teams transmitting ideas clearly and posses extensive experience working with talent and as EP for multi-platform projects. In 2017, I started my own company to support the Hispanic community in the US by providing a way for them to start building homes that have been in Mexico allowing them to pay from the US. It has been a challenging project and it has brought to light many needs that I personally am proud to shine a light upon.
